The Connection Card Transition

We have been struggling with the Connection Card transition since the beginning of the year. We had little black books for several years that we passed down the rows for people to sign up for attendance. But, the first of the year, we moved to our "purple connection cards." Pastor Randy and Pastor Chris have been so excited the cards and the information they have been able to glean from them. They are starting to feel like they know their people better.

But the problem has been the implementation of the cards. The office was confused, the ushers were confused, and so were the attenders. We tried several scenarios and nothing was simple. It was becoming more and more hectic. But this week ... we have a better plan. We feel this is it! Everything the congregation needs is in ONE tool. I'm excited. The rest of the staff is excited, and Sunday ... we'll test it and see if we've GOT it!
